We REALLY want you to try our brisket so for Super Bowl Sunday ONLY we are running a whole brisket special. If you have your sides and your chips let us provide the brisket. We use only Black Angus Beef Brisket and smoke for at least 12 hours with a blend of oak and apple wood. All that smoke gives us a nice rich bark that we have become pretty proud of. Our Super Bowl Briskets average around 7-9 lbs. and our usual price is $17.50 a pound but for Super Bowl Sunday it will only be $14.00 a pound!! Order yours now! (Whole Brisket only comes with our Signature BBQ Sauce)

We are now a full fledged Catering company. Our team enjoys coordinating everything from large corporate events to small intimate gatherings. We can do everything from elaborate weddings, social events, to backyard BBQs.
