I've been cooking organic, from-scratch foods with no-food-waste since I started Yapos Home Catering in early 2009.
Since March, I have been working full-time with Jimbo's Naturally in the Carmel Valley location kitchen. They have the same ethos as I have, and also reason I have not posted since. I am in position for bigger things with Jimbo's as they are expanding with 2 new store locations (Mission Valley + Poway) in the next 12-18 months, and they are starting a corporate Environmental Sustainability department.
Thank you for your support. It has meant the world to me, and I appreciate each and every client, student and staff I have worked with these last 15 years. We still have events booked through September, so YHC is not yet done.
