With 2025 in full swing let’s talk “menu tastings”.

▫️What is a menu tasting? Essentially a menu tasting is a multicourse meal that allows you to experience all the potential possibilities and refine your final menu for the big day.

▫️What can you expect at the tasting? We want to give you a “taste“ Of the MC experience. Upon arrival you are greeted with a splash and some tray passes hors d’oeuvres. After you’ll be invited to the dining table where one of our food and wine experts will guide you through a menu tailored specifically with you in mind.

▫️Come hungry! At a menu tasting it isn’t a surprise to see numerous plates come and go. Make sure your pallet is cleansed, and you’re hungry, a little of each plate adds up.

▫️Take your time. Tastings are just that. Take note of all the tastes, texture and temperature. Just imagine sharing this meal with your family and best friends.
