However , this time around the bride wanted a delicate Korovai with its focus to be on the braid. The baking of a Korovai is a delicate process , as the dough acts on its own. How Oksana’s family was able to surprise her 🥳: 1. They found a place that was flexible and easy to work with , so that everything runs smoothly 😎. 2. Little lies are okay, when it comes to surprising. Since we are not open every day, and only open to private events. Oksana’s son mentioned that he needed to drop off a deposit for an upcoming event. Thus, giving him an excuse to drop by. 3. Make sure they are dressed to occasion! Her sons mentioned that they will be doing a family portrait. This way, she was able to dress up while not being suspicious of what is happening. 4. Finally have guests arrive early!!! At least 15 mins before. Have a friend that always runs late? Emphasis that this is a surprise. Or, have them arrive 15 mins after. 5. Comment below if you ever threw a surprise party, and what you said to keep the surprise. #eventplanning
