A Co-op Of Local, Only Food, And Only Wyoming Food Trucks. Food Truck Festival is the time for your taste buds to go into overdrive. The Park It! Food Truck Festival can happen at already planned events, or, we have our own Park It! Food Truck Festival. It can be in Casper, WY or just about anywhere in Wyoming. A Park It! Food Truck Festival may be planned in as little as two weeks, or as much as
a year. All food trucks that wish to participate do have criteria that needs to be met before being allowed into a Park It! Food Truck Festivals can serve a minimum of 200 to 1000's of guests. The only criteria needed to qualify for a Park It! Food Truck Festival is a minimum guaranteed 200 guests. The more guests, the more food trucks, and, the more food trucks the more guests show up. (See how this is working?) We won't double up on types of food, IE: only one bbq truck, only one shaved ice truck, only one hot dog truck per event. Does it cost to host a Park It! Food Truck Festival? How much? Give us call, lets talk. Does it cost to be a food truck at a Park It! Our own Park It! Food Truck Festival is only $25 per food truck. A normal Park It! Food Truck Festival last three and half hours. How many Park It! Food Truck Festival's are their per year? We are averaging one a month. They may be in Casper, Riverton, Gillette, Torrington, Wheatland, etc. If you are doing a Park It! Food Truck Festival as it's own, will there be other vendors or events able to happen on the location? Nope. Nothing but, Wyoming owned food trucks / trailers. Will their be Park It! Food Truck Festival in the winter? No, unfortunately the Wyoming weather doesn't normally allow it. Spring, summer and fall? I have a food truck / trailer and would like to be part of the Park It! Food Truck Festival, what do I need to do? GREAT! Here's some of the criteria you need to possess. (We will need copies / proof)
1. Be in business for a minimum of 4 months
2. Be Wyoming owned, and Wyoming health dept approved
3. Have commercial liability insurance (minimum 1,000,000 / 2,000,000 policy)
4. Inside and outside of your Truck / Trailer must be aesthetically appealing (nice, eye catching, clean)
5. Have GREAT customer service and personally be presentable to guests. (no ratty hair, dirty finger nails etc. Guests deserve to be assured their food is being served to them isn't going to pick up something they didn't order ;) )
6. Agree to leave every location litter and debris free (whether its from another truck or your own)
7. Agree to not undercut other food trucks / trailers. Keep YOUR prices as YOU normally would.
8. Can not leave the festival early. Our closing time is not "Sold Out O'Clock" come prepared for feed, have fun, meet new guests, and make new friends in the Food Truck Wold. These are most important, we'll expand as we continue to grow. If we are hosting a Park It! Food Truck Festival, wherever the community in Wyoming, we reach out that particular community's food trucks first before reaching out to others that may not be from that community. For multiple reasons some times locally owned food trucks / trailers from that community can not attend. That is when we include others that are still Wyoming owned, to join us.
