Anywhere Outpost is looking for Camp Builders for the 2021 festival and wedding season! This is location based gig work that is great for people looking to work outside, get some exercise in while working and challenge themselves to work hard in the heat but feel the sweet satisfaction of a tent village well built by the end of the day. We have events happening between July - October 2021 all over Northern California.

We are currently hiring 6-8 people for July 8, 9 & 12. Preferably looking for crew based in SoHum and Mendocino county.

We hire local to each build as best we can. We do not cover travel costs, but you can sign up for any gig you want.

Key Requirements:
-Positive attitude and a love for the outdoors
-Athletic and strong - able to lift 40-50 pounds and work on your feet for a full 8 hour day. This is hard work, we cannot take on anyone with back issues, heart issues etc.
-Able to work in the heat during the day
-Good communication skills and focus
-Experience working on production crews, building crews, or set crews is a plus.

Responsibilities:
-load/unload truck with inventory
-Be apart of the team setting up the tents - includes carrying equipment around work site, laying tarps, lining tents up properly,
-Moving and placing furniture in tents
making beds well
-Mopping and sweeping out tents
-Setting up lighting and fencing around camps, including hammering stakes and posts into the ground
-Showing up ready to work with a positive attitude.
-working and communicating well with a team of 4-8 people

Gig work is 1099 and w-9 is to be filled out on site. $25/hr plus the opportunity of a cash bonus for fast/efficient workers! Lunch is also provided.
