Huge shout out to Barefoot Pellet company in Troy and Hamilton meat market in Pine City . Two great organizations and a huge part of my business. Everything I cook I use barefoot pellets and there wood blocks to smoke meats and chicken . Hamilton meats supply everything I use in my bbq business. These two businesses should be a model for other companies. Great people and 5 star service. Thank you for all you guys do .

Getting everything Smoked for Party in the Park tomorrow at Eldridge park in Elmira from 1-9 pm and then there sensational fireworks . Pit Beef and Pulled pork Sandwiches , Smoke house Bacon and Beans , Homemade Macaroni salad and Apple Coleslaw. Going to be great Bbq day .

Friday- Catch us at the market(s)! We will be at the Sayre Farmers Market at Howard Elmer Park by The SBA from 10am-2pm then the Farmers Market East Smithfield,Pa from 3pm-7pm.

Saturday- Join us for the Grand Re-Opening of the Troy Carwash! Now under new ownership and man have they done some fantastic upgrades! That touchfree automatic wash will have your car sparkling! They'll be giving away free drinks with purchase of a wash! 9am-1pm

Sunday- Party in the Park is now on Sunday! Our friends at Stone Age BBQ and The Pop Shop will be there as well, along with many other food and craft vendors. So, grab the family and come out for a day of fun! Enjoy the food, rides and entertainment and lastly one of the areas best firework shows at dusk. 2pm-9pm

Just coming back from Bradington, Florida from yet another Tunnel To Towers revealing of a refurbished hotel for homeless vets. What a great organization, proving that we will never forget what they did for our country. As I speak they are building and remodeling several new hotels around the country and continue doing so till we get all our Vets off the streets . We were blessed with spectacular weather and no rain for the barbecue .  I look forward to being part of many more of these presentations with all these Unbelievable retired firefighters to make sure they are never forgotten.
