Big B's BBQ Catering was first developed by Brian Grice for his friends and family. He was urged by those same friends and family to share his passion so others could enjoy the love he puts in each meal. He doesn't skimp on flavor so even his smoked meats can be enjoyed without the need for sauce. Call Big B for that backyard BBQ flavor.

We were asked to cater a wedding in Aiken this evening. We rolled out Big B’s Salad Bar today, needless to say it was a huge hit. Big B’s Salad Bar, is now available for future orders/event. Book today call Brian 803-600-5386

I know we haven't posted in a while. It's been a busy summer for us so far. (That's a good thing!) just wanted to let y'all know there will be some changes coming. Got a new smoker, and will be able to offer more catering items and more quantity. I know coming up this Thanksgiving we will be offering whole smoked turkeys, turkey breast, and smoked hams. (More details to come) would like to thank everyone that has supported us over the years, and have made this growth possible. Looking forward to the future, and where we go from here.
