A Blooming Business

We have all heard it time and time again...never go into business with a friend. In 2018 Amy Wilson and Katie Wieckhorst decided to go against the grain, and together they created, K&A Designs. In all honesty, who wouldn’t want to do business with someone you trust, admire and look forward to being around? What does K&A even stand for?

Well, Katie and Amy, of course! These two teamed up to design and assemble, unique and breathtaking floral arrangements for weddings and other special events. While once the former owner of a well known floral shop in Alton, Illinois, Katie currently works in the Bethalto school district. Amy is a registered nurse at Alton Memorial Hospital. Amy said this is something they decided to try for the extra side income. “We both enjoy it, so after doing a few weddings here and there, we decided to advertise and see where this journey takes us.” From minimalist to extravagant, K&A Designs has the style and floral experience to turn your dream event into a beautiful reality.
