I don't think anyone would argue that it's been a very difficult year for the rally community. It's hit each and every one of us in a different way. So I'm dealing with my grief by finishing some long-term projects I've been working on.

I started editing this video back in June, I had probably 69% of it complete, and I stepped away. I started a new job, and things just took off. This video just needed a little bit to get out, and I feel like it was a disservice to all my rally community not to put these out like I had.

I started "The Other 98%" as a series to document my friends and the others who in rally didn't get the coverage as the big teams. I'm sticking to that formula. A new The Other 98% video is coming tonight, in less than two hours! I'll be there to chat!

15 yr old Dash Osmer will have a busy first season with the American Rally Association. Starting in June, he will be behind the wheel of his Subaru Impreza for the Eastern Regional Stages. The first rally on the youngsters schedule is the Southern Ohio Forest Rally on June 6th, 7th, and 8th. Dash will get his equipment to Ohio and set up for the rally, but then jump back across the border to Pa on his birthday which is the first day of the rally, to get his Drivers Permit as it will be his 16th birthday. He will then return to Ohio for the start of the first stage.
The second rally of the year will be a short 20 days later as he will be attending the Susquehannock Trail Performance Rally in Wellsboro Pa. The team is looking forward to these first two events as they are only a short 4-5 hour drive from home, which will give many locals a chance to see the youngster in action.
Dash states his main goal for this season is to have fun and finish stages. Dash Osmer Motorsports will be releasing a new line of merchandise, which will include apparel and other rally focused items. We will be announcing release dates on all his social media platforms, so keep checking in!

2024 ARA Eastern Regional Championship 🤩

The 6 round ARA Eastern Regional Championship sees many changes in 2024! It all kicks off in the snow of Atlanta, MI at the Sno*Drift Rally where traction is key to get a jump on championship points. We then head to Chillicothe, OH for SOFR and its action-packed stages that test the endurance of drivers and crew alike. There is a return to Summer for STPR as they move their date back to June in beautiful Wellsboro, PA. Boone Forest Rally will be back strong in McKee, KY as a new Super Regional hoping to draw an even larger field with all new roads for 2024. New England Forest Rally is on the calendar for a late July – early August Regional event headquartered in a new town. The Eastern Championship culminates at our newest National Event, Overmountain Rally Tennessee, on the tight and twisty roads outside Johnson City, TN.
