Since we are shifting to "woodles" medals made from reclaimed wood...we are sending back the medals that were not picked up at these races to be repurposed. Win-win. We don't keep "leftovers," those that want them can, and the landfills aren't being filled.

If you would like a woodle from the following mailed to you, let us know. We will be mailing back and will need to know by this Friday, 12/27/24. Cost will be $5 to mail. Please venmo (1386 and a picture of black puppy for verification). Please include your mailing address.

We offer personal training, group training, running coaching (speed & endurance), obstacle course race training, youth fitness, corporate wellness, and more!
