If you cannot promise and guarantee consistent, and we’ll paid entertainment work. DO NOT EXPECT A PERFORMER TO WORK WITH ONLY YOUR COMPANY.

STOP TELLING PERFORMERS TO DO THIS IF YOU DO NOT HAVE Enough WORK For Them!

And let’s get real in redding not one of the entertainment companies has enough work to promise that to any performer.

So stop grooming new performers to think one company is the only one to work with, like it was attempted on me.

PERFORMERS: READ YOUR CONTRACTS BEFORE YOU SIGN! And call things out to be altered to your liking. If a booking agent won’t hear you out about your concerns, that is a red flag!
