WEDDING TABLE CARDS
Escort cards, place cards & table numbers. These 3 things are the perfect trifecta that uphold the sacred seating chart.
First, create your seating chart! Yes, although it can be a pain, we do advise weddings of all sizes to have a seating chart. We also advise that you can choose how loosely or rigidly you want to assign seating too.
Each and every guest table should have TABLE NUMBERS that flow chronologically throughout the room.
If you have chosen a specific table for all of your guests, but are letting them pick which seat they want to sit in, you should have ESCORT CARDS displayed somewhere in the room so they know which table to go to and who they're seated with.
If you have chosen a specific seat at a specific table for all of your guests, you should have PLACE CARDS in front of each individual chair.
Once you have that mapped out, prepare to feast! 🍰
