Planning this type of wedding can be an enchanting journey, filled with unique experiences and unforgettable moments. However, it also requires meticulous attention to detail and advanced planning to ensure a seamless celebration. Here are some crucial aspects to consider:

🕰️ Start Early: Send save-the-dates 9-12 months ahead and invitations as early as 6 months out.

🏨 Accommodations: Secure group rates and share travel info.

📍Local Vendors: work with local vendors for the best resources.

💻 Communication: Use a wedding website for updates, attire recommendations, schedule details and more!

It’s essential to consider not only the beauty of your wedding day, but also its impact on the environment. Incorporating sustainable practices into your wedding planning not only reduces the ecological footprint but also adds a meaningful touch to the celebration. Here are four key focuses to help make your wedding eco-friendly:

📦 Compostable Materials: Opt for compostable alternatives to traditional wedding items. Choose biodegradable plates, utensils, and cups made from materials like bamboo, palm leaves, or compostable plastics. For decorations, consider using natural materials such as wooden signs, recycled paper for stationery, and fabric bunting instead of plastic or synthetic materials.

♻️ Reducing Waste: Minimize waste by planning ahead and avoiding single-use items wherever possible. Instead of individual favors, offer guests something edible or reusable, such as locally made treats or small potted plants.
