Alison sees her grandparents for the first time on her wedding day. You don’t want a videographer, you want memories. ✨I’ve realized families don’t hire me for “me.” Families hire me because they LOVE their friends and family. . It’s the moms and dads thinking “Do you see this?” . It’s knowing nothing lasts. . It is those thoughts of you as a little kid or remembering your parents and grandparents. . That’s why I say you don’t want a videographer, you want memories. Less me, more you. The best thing I can do is get out of the way and document what I see. . It’s like light. You can’t see light but you can see what it illuminates. That's the goal. 🎯

I often get lost. But the craving is still there. Everything is so shiny these days, especially with AI. Everything is also turning into this remixed goo. It's getting harder and harder to find the “real.” It’s a work a work in progress. I’m right there with you. My personal feed shows that I've stopped documenting my life. Rather pretty scenes. Which is too bad.

They come in all shapes and sizes; stoic, emotional, charismatic, quiet, and some that try to dance with me 😳😂 You know who are lol! I’m here for it all.
