https://chefimposimato.wixsite.com/catering-co This dough has a three day cold fermentation and a lot of gas. Cold dough stretches with ease so you don't have to touch it when proofing. The gas is right where it needs to be. This is a DSP at it's finest. Ciao e grazie.

I have named this pizza after him...introducing the Dallas. Pineapple, onion, green pepper and Honey baked ham. Get one today for 15.00 this can be yours. Ciao.
