Hey Y'all💗 just wanted to answer a few questions that I have been getting lately. And if you have any more please just send them over and I will be more than happy to answer them.

The most asked question I get asked is, "where are you located"? I am a home based business. But, all of my food is cooked and prepared now in a local kitchen that's within regulation of the health department.

What services do I offer? Catering is one of my many services. I offer a wide variety of soul food dishes and desserts. That is why there is not a set menu. I meet with you and get an idea of what your wanting and also learn your price range. Then you get a free sample plate of what you may like. Thats right, a free sample plate! We also often have breakfast plates on weekends and burger, fries and wing plates on Friday. But catering is my main service.

What days am I open? 24hours! You can email or direct message this page and i will get back with you. We can set up a time and date, take orders and even get a menu together. So please feel free to message me anytime. 😊

Why is there a deposit on catering meals? Because, if you place an order without a deposit and I cook for you and you cancel then I am suck with food that i do not need and wasted money that I didn't need to spend. So sad that this was even a question.

I had many orders this weekend and I am forever grateful. But I need to address a issue that I keep running until lately. When people here or see, "black owned business" they think discount or half priced. And I can not allow that to continue to happen. Tell me where can you go get a breakfast platter with 2 different meats, biscuits, pancakes, scrambled eggs, cheese grits and orange juice for $8.00? IHOP breakfast platters are over $10. Not to mention there are no free refills for oj. I can not stress enough that deposits are mandatory for large catering events. I refuse to take an order from someone and spend money just to have you to cancel your order. Tell me where you can get $200 worth of food for $85? Then on top of that I include free dessert? I have paid my dues, done favors, accepted prices that i knew would put me in the whole because I was a new company and I wanted my name and business out and In the open. I've also catered whole events for free! Yes, there are millions of places to eat in the springs but, when you pick up your phone to reach out that means you chose me! And you are expecting the best but in order to get the best YOU HAVE TO PAY! I worked Friday. I had to get an order done by Saturday morning. Not to mention I had more orders for today! Not to mention that I use a local kitchen to prepare my meals. Went to deliver the food and the person gives me $10 and asks can they pay me the rest next FRIDAY! In what world sir? This is not a post to vent. This is a post to let you know that I refuse to accept anymore orders without all monies accounted for. Support black people for real! Stop looking for a handout. This is really sad that this had to even be posted. If you pulled up at KFC and ordered a family meal you can't give them $10 and ask can you pay the rest next week. Please don't expect the same from me. In conclusion, thank you to the other families who ordered and enjoyed your southern style Easter dinners. It was my pleasure. 😀Hello everyone! As of April 18th i will be back to weekly meals. Its warming up! So we will have bbq rib & chicken dinners, seafood dinners and our regular soul food dinners. Every Friday will be hamburger/cheese burger & wing day! Along with your favorite sides or Cajun fries! So stay tuned. We have alot in store for you guys and a lot of free👀👀 items also.

Want me to cater your event but never had my food before? No worries. When you place an order for me to cater your event you get a free "sample" plate when we do your consultation! Who👏 does👏 that? I do of course! But Remember, all catering orders must be placed 2 weeks before your event and there is a deposit!
