Full and partial planning and design, as well as month-of coordination services are also available. After an initial consultation, we will develop a customized package that fits your personality and unique situation. We are based in Northern Virginia, and provide services in the surrounding Washington, D.C. We will also travel around the globe to make sure your day is a special, unique, and romantic memory.

The real MVP for A&B's June wedding was our creative and artistic bride!!! She designed and hand painted all of the paper goods for the wedding!!! In awwwe of her talent and having these elements made the event so custom and personal!!!!

Jessica joined Birch in 2021 after spending time working in hospitality, healthcare management, program oversight, and quality management systems auditing. With a B.S.Ed from the University of Virginia (go Hoos!), Jessica has a keen eye for detail and loves collaborating with vendor teams to execute events that bring our clients’ ideas to life. She has never met a stranger or faced a challenge she’s not willing to tackle – her charisma, welcoming personality, and tenacity has allowed her to thrive in the events industry. The daughter of an executive chef, she is as comfortable in the back of house at events as she is face-to-face with clients.

When Jessica isn’t deep in excel spreadsheets or designing paper goods, she can be found knitting, reading, chasing her daughter around, or playing board games with friends – if you see her in a knit sweater, she probably made it herself! She lives in Northern Virginia, in the house she grew up in, with her husband, daughter, and their dog.

After volunteering at one event with Julie, Natasha fell in love with the Birch team! She is a High Point University graduate with a degree in Event Management and a minor in Psychology. Her work experience includes day-of coordination at a wedding venue, an internship in corporate and non-profit events, marketing and sponsorship for online events, and creating student programming at her university. She is a Certified Wedding Planner committed to excellence who excels in fast-paced environments. She loves executing events that create lifelong memories.

In her spare time, Natasha loves hiking, traveling, good food, playing music, and watching college football. She was born in the Midwest but lived in the Carolinas most of her life. She is excited to be in the DC area now and can't wait to explore more of her new home.

Recently I had the privilege to visit the stunning @thelodgeatmossneck with @designcuisine and was blown away by their hospitality and stunning accomodations. From the beautiful landscape, Michelin star worthy cuisine with wine pairings, a private concert by @huntleymusic winner of @thevoice_tf1 . We cannot wait to plan weddings and corporate events within their space and under their state of the art tent!

What started as a tribute is now a tradition! 🔥🔥🔥 On February 17th, we are excited to be a planing partner for #ReportinForDuty 2024.
