From screen-to-table Chef Raquel is making delectable dishes a reality at Encanto - LAs first modern Puerto Rican fine dining experience.

Since her debut on the hit Netflix series "Five Star Chef."

It was there that Two-Michelin Star Chef Michel Roux Jr sampled her Caldo Santo dish and remarked, "It's luxurious to the point where you don't even need the caviar."

Now, Chef Raquel brings that same passion and creativity to Encanto
