Thank you so much for this dining experience. It was unbelievable experiencing that feast amongst the clouds with my love. Great job by .georgesphiladelphia the whole team was spot on. It was great seeing this level of food and service. Almost made me miss this world…..almost. Fine dining lives! Thought of you during this meal.

Heavy hearted today. Rest In Peace Tony Clark. I owe a lot to the man who taught me to cook with my heart & soul, the man who taught me the intensity & passion of working in a kitchen, the man who taught me how to season & taste my food with purpose, the man who took me and helped mold my career. Cheers to you Tony, you have made a tremendous impact on my life, and gave me life lessons that will continue to live on through me and my children. All my love and best wishes to .j.clark and the rest of Tony’s family. Cooking with all the feels today.
