These split rocks were a true kid favorite at my last event! I wanted to share with you guys the before and after of these beauties 😍 They will eventually bloom into a pretty flower too. These succulents are so low maintenance and cool looking definitely one of my faves!

*Split rock (Pleiospilos nelii) evolved to look like a split rock as a defense against predators, and is a stunning example of mimicry in the plant kingdom. Beautiful tangerine-colored blossoms with white centers bloom forth from split rock. These flowers have a delightful coconunt-like aroma. It also has small specks on its leaves, which are tiny portals that sunlight comes in, so the plant can engage in photosynthesis.*
