I know I've posted a couple times today about our newly wrapped trailer, but I need to explain just how much I appreciate Tom with RT Graphics in Homer.

I dropped off the GameDay Trailers trailer asking for it to be done by the first home game on Sept 2nd. Earlier this week I got a call from a major client asking to have it for an event on Friday, August 25th. Like, in less than a week.

I called Tom and explained the situation to him. He said, "Ceasar, I don't know if that's possible. I mean, I'll do what I can, but I can't guarantee anything at this point. I'm still waiting on some screws to get delivered and I don't know if I'll have enough time."

Well, he worked 14 hour days, found screws, badgered the company to send him MORE before it was too late, and not only that, he had a back up plan in case they didn't arrive in time!

I feel horrible that the client canceled on us yesterday, but nonetheless, the efforts, integrity, ingenuity, and dedication to customer service ABOVE AND BEYOND by RT Graphics was (and is) the standard by which companies need to strive to achieve!
