To our Plaza Friends and Family

We have made some very tough decisions recently, these weren’t decisions that were made lightly. 

I bought Plaza Florist five years ago with a strong background in event management, hospitality and customer service. I never anticipated it would be easy!!!
I also never anticipated it would be so hard.

Until you are a small business owner, I don’t think you really can ever truly appreciate how deep your love and passion and desire to succeed can go. When they say nothings personal in business I don’t know if they’ve ever been a small business owner, or maybe I was just too much of a softy, because everything in business was personal to me.

I will never apologize for caring for people. It backfired on me several times, it left me with a lot of hurt. But it is who I am and I know who I am.

Our store front is closed.
But I have been fortunate to have some very awesome conversations with Tom and Frank Boesen. We are all very dedicated to continuing the Plaza legacy and history of excellent quality and outstanding customer support.

To all of my friends and family that have been helping, reaching out, texting, supporting… I love you and thank you.

To our Plaza team….You know I love ya!!! Thank you for everything, most importantly your friendship.

To all of my florist peers in town that have reached out in support and told me to hold my head high….thank you! I will forever continue to support those who have supported me and been friends through this!!!
I’ve had so much kind feedback, but you know when your competitors are of high enough character to reach out and offer help, offered to have a glass of wine, just generally want to say we’re here for you. You’ve surrounded yourself with the best. 🤍
