We just started bottling our first Mill Street straight rye whiskey…..introducing bottle No. 1 (that will stay in the Mill Street archive). Single barrel, 116 proof……amazing flavor and finish. Mash bill 72% rye, 20% corn, 8% malted barley. Available only at the distillery starting March 1, although we already have a two page list of customers who have reserved their two bottle limit.
