I had the pleasure of cooking for 16 wonderful people associated and employed with for their holiday party last week! We did a 5 course wine pairing meal and had an absolute blast.

I only managed to snap a couple of photos of the food! This is a photo of my beef short ribs braised in a French onion bordelaise. Served with an herbed sweet potato puree and a watercress and fennel salad dressed in a lemon-thyme vinaigrette
