This is my favorite Unity Ceremony idea.
River Rocks and few Permanent Markers!

Have your guests write a word, prayer, or inspirational words on one and put it in a pretty vessel, on their way into the ceremony. Then, during your ceremony, have your Officiant (me, ideally) say a few words about it. You and your soon to be husband or wife, write on your own and place them in the vessel with the others.
All those words of love and support together forever.
As Thich Nhat Hanh says in the book called True Love, “The roots of a lasting relationship are mindfulness, deep listening, and loving speech, and a strong community to support you."

About Yesterday. One of my favorite parts about wedding day is signing the marriage license. It just puts an exclamation point (!) On the day. And, it makes it official, of course. I love it.

Here are the details from Nima and Russel's gorgeous winter wedding. It was perfect. I highly recommend the Vail Golf Club. The staff was wonderful and the room was stunning. The views from the patio were incredible.
