Good Morning Vendors,

As many of you already know I closed my Boutique business down in December. I have since moved my inventory to Jim’s Indoor Flea Market in Valdese.
Me and the business owner have came up with a great Vendor Event!
The Event will be April 6, 2024 and will have a rain date for the following Saturday April 13, 2024.

The Event will be held at Jim’s Indoor Flea Market in Valdese at 1020 Main Street W, Valdese. It will be an outdoor event and we will be right on Main Street so traffic presence is great! The size of the spots are about a 10x10 or two parking spaces.
This is going to be a good event and we are looking for vendors of all kinds, including licensed food vendors!!!
Spots are $40 and this is just for spots nothing included. Bathrooms are inside flea market and also plenty of parking!
We also will draw people from area businesses also like:
ABC Store
Pawn/ Race Store
Mexican Restaurant
Plus road presence

Please let me know if you are interested and I will send the application to you!!!

If it goes good there might be a monthly vendor event starting!!!

We will be doing a 50/50 raffle this day at the Christmas in July Event and also we will be doing a Silent Auction for this family. If you would like to donate any item to help it would greatly be appreciated! Just let me know.

Is everyone getting all your goodies ready for the Event??? I sure am.
I am so excited and can’t wait for it to hurry up and get here!!! We have lots of great vendors and also we have found out that they are having an event on the Courthouse Lawn that day also!!! So we will have a lot of extra traffic from that also!!! Banner is on the way and flyers are being put out everywhere! Snap a pic and post when and where you see one!!!!

And if anyone is still needing flyers let me know!!!

Vendors,

I was hit with a phone call from the city this morning and told that they had double book for the day of our event.
I am very upset with this because as a first time event I had great expectations and feel so bad for having to tell vendors that we are moving the event to July 16 ( the very next Saturday). I apologize and hope everyone understands this was out of my hands and has me all tore up. Everyone that has paid and committed to a spot I have tried calling and texting and everyone so far has been ok with changing to the 16th and was very nice and understanding.

So here On out…. I am planning one of the best vendor events around!!!! I am fixing the new flyers up and will post soon for you to share in your media pages. Again I apologize and appreciate everyone being so kind and understanding.

Can’t wait to see everyone at the event!!!

If you have not paid or turned in application all is due by this Friday June 17.

This Event is going to be great and can’t wait to meet all you guys/gals!

I have ordered all flyers and banners along with other promotional items! So get ready July 9th will be here soon!!!

What do you guys think about bringing an item to be given away during event??? A couple vendors had mentioned it and wanted to know if they could and I said Yes!
So what we could do is according to who would like to donate we could do drawings every hour!

This is optional you are not obligated to bring one, but it could help promote your business!!!

For those that would like to, put in a bag and make sure you share your business card! Just simply bring morning of event and I will have a table set up! And they will be filling out ticket for drawing!!!

Ok Vendors,

I am getting so excited for this event! We have had lots of vendors to message and want to get involved in this event!!

So to confirm your spot -
1) make sure you fill out application
2) send it back
3) this is to make sure we don’t get duplicate vendors (scentsy, paparazzi, etc)
4) one sent back I will invoice you and then I will confirm your spot.

So hurry up and get those applications in!!!
