Today’s 💖 GALENTINE 💖 event host is Azalea Plastic Surgery office, another repeat customer who is an absolute joy to cater for! This is the second themed table I’ve created for them; and these have become my absolute favorite to come up with!

Are you planning a trip and don’t want to make many stops? Let me make some travel plates for you to take along! Less stopping for food will get you where you’re going that much faster and letting me make these plates for you is one less thing for you to have to do! Plus, these plates are so delicious!

All of this yummy food would cost $30

*In the cup is a layer of walnuts, mixed nuts, pumpkin seeds, edamame and a variety of crackers.
*On the mini plate is pumpkin spice pretzels, a variety of wafers, chocolate covered cherries and blueberries, dried fruit, banana chips with coconut, peanut brittle with mini PB cups
*On the larger plate is ham, turkey, pepperoni, salami, red bell pepper, rainbow cherry tomatoes, rainbow baby carrots, a variety of cheeses, a boiled egg, strawberries and blueberries

This year, I was hired to cater Christmas Eve dinner for one family and Christmas breakfast for another. I had such a hard time keeping my hands off these platters and eating them myself 😆 As always, I hope they enjoy eating them as much as I enjoy making them!

Wishing you all a very Happy Thanksgiving day 🦃🍽

This year, I was hired to cater this abundant thanksgiving feast, and boy was I excited to be given this opportunity! I gave a try at making a bread cornucopia, filled with lots of yummy vegetables. I also made a cheese ball pumpkin, surrounded by a variety of chips, crackers and pretzels. And what’s thanksgiving without turkey, and maybe a little pepperoni, salami and prosciutto?! And of course, lots and lots of fruits, nuts, cheeses, peppers, olives, pickles, artichokes, pickled okra and deviled eggs!

She left all the details up to me, but did request to keep the nuts separate due to allergies. I always do my best to accommodate any request given to me and hope that each customer is completely satisfied.
