Gourmet Guys Catering Gourmet Guys is a full-line catering company servicing South Georgia and North Florida. We boast a wide variety of menu choices and themes to suit any occasion.

It is owned and operated Jeff Lind who has over 30 years of catering experience. Corporate or event catering, lunch or dinner, we can create a menu to suit any occasion. From appetizer presentations to elegant buffets to formal dinners - we use nothing but the finest ingredients with all our foods being prepared fresh for each event.

Things your caterer needs to know if you are planning a wedding:

Date
At Gourmet Guys, we give your special day all the attention you deserve by catering only one event per day. So, we need the date of your event to be sure that it is available.

Budget
At Gourmet Guys, we want to give you the most bang for your buck. By giving us an estimate of your budget, we will be able to discuss the options to make your reception everything you dreamed of.

Guests
This can be tricky. By having an estimate, we can give you a ballpark idea of the cost. Obviously, the number of guests will affect the budget but at Gourmet Guys, we will not need a solid number until a week before the wedding.

Food
This is the fun part of the reception. At Gourmet Guys, we will sit down with you and discuss all options along with our chef. We provide a menu on our website but that is only a small part of what we do. Our favorite thing to do is to tailor each wedding to the bride and groom. So think about your favorites or family favorites that could possibly be added to the menu.

Service
It is your wedding so follow your dreams and do what makes you happy. At Gourmet Guys, we offer plated dinners, buffets, heavy hor dourves, or any combination. Whether your event is formal, casual, or themed, we can design a menu to fit the occasion.

Timeline
A wedding has many components: the ceremony; pictures; dances; and the reception. If you are planning on the majority of your pictures being taken after the ceremony, it usually takes about 45 minutes and your guests will need something to do. Appetizers are a great option and we offer many varieties to fit your budget.

Alcohol
Gourmet Guys can provide a bartender and the insurance for your bar. When you use Gourmet Guys, you will be able to purchase your own libations.

Congratulations Clay and Ashley! A beautiful evening. A beautiful family. Thank you for letting us be a part of your marriage merrymaking.

It has been too long since our last post. We’ve have been crazy busy. In our opinion, an integral part of our success is due to our chef extraordinaire, Mac Parks. Another key to our success is Grady the Gourmet, our food taster. While we were busy making our clients happy someone tried to hire Grady away from us. We spoke to his manager and she has assured us it won’t happen again. We would like to thank Grady for his continued loyalty.

Weddings are one of our favorite events to cater — beautiful brides, a lot of reunions and smiles all over. The latest wedding included an Italian style buffet with Marinara sauce cooked for hours and our special recipe meatballs. Mac's alfredo sauce requires someone (me) to stir it forever but according to Grady the Gourmet it is worth it.

Gourmet Guys would like to wish everyone happy new year! Thank you for letting us take part in your special occasions! We had a wonderful year and to welcome the new year we would like to introduce our newest employee, our official food taster, Grady the gourmet. He’s a free spirit with a discerning palate.
