Vallejo, CA 2024... Black History, February 1 to February 28th is a celebration of a rich culture, a people born of Kings and Queens. A culture so rich it goes back to the beginning of time. We are engineers, mathematicians, laborers, scientist, inventors, artist, musician and much more.

February 24, 2024 at the Vallejo Naval & Historical Museum from 6p to 8:30p Askari Sowonde~ Productions (ASP~) will hold a conscious Black History Celebration.

From Africa 2 America is the theme. Talking about US through the forms of music & poetry..Ethnic Notions Fine Art Gallery & Multicultural Book Store will speak -From Africa to America.

Leila Steinberg AIM 4 The Heart org, & Tupac's first manager will be there with sponsored Gala Music artist from LA, Louis King, Kei Dexter, Stu Summerville, & Courtney Mims, They will perform & provide a Q & A for the audience.

Poet Laureate Jacalyn Eyvonne, Lerecia Davis, Sharday Botts, Eric Rose, Keith Thompson, Myla J, Lori Herrera, Kathleen Herrmann & SHIMA will electrify you with their words.

One needs on;y to look outside or TV to see that our past history has been forgotten and the names that helped to move us forward will be silenced forever.

Please join us while we work together towards positive change. we know you will enjoy.
