The Annual NorCal Pirate Festival takes place at the Vallejo Waterfront Park next to the Ferry Terminal. See you in 2022! Some free street parking available.

The Northern California Pirate Festival has one goal: To create an entertaining event where everyone who loves pirates will have
a great time! General Admission: $12 per person
Children 12 and under free! Paid parking available in ferry lots and garage. Fun For ALL AGES: Children, Adults, Teens & Whole Families! Whether you love nautical music, swordfighting, sailing, cannon-battles, theater, mari

time crafts, food and drink, or just shopping fer' pirate booty...there's something here for YOU! We encourage coming out in costume...whether you dress as a historical era pirate from the Golden Age of Sail or a bejeweled Mardi-Gras Crewmate from New Orleans... whether your taste runs towards Hollywood Swashbucklers, Foreign Buccaneers from international waters or a t-shirt and jeans. Go ahead and hoist the colors! You certainly don't need to come out in costume, but when you leave you're sure to feel like a pirate! Sail out to the Pirate Fest and join us for a great time!

Ahoy, me hearties!

It's been too many seasons since we last sailed together. While we search for a new port for the Northern California Pirate Festival, here's a grand call for those eager to gather sooner!

We've been invited to join the Pirate Invasion Day at Haunted Harbor, right on Cannery Row in Monterey. This be the very spot where Hyppolite Bouchard, California's only true pirate, came ashore before plundering Monterey and kidnapping Molina, the imprisoned town drunk!

Let's don our finest pirate garb, tread the same sands as Bouchard, and brave Treasure Haunt: The Ride—part of Haunted Harbor! With plenty of taverns, eateries, and merriment around, there's much to keep a pirate's spirit high and make some grand memories together!

An unprecedented gathering of Northern and Southern California pirates be a brewing. Let’s help it happen! Pirate Invasion Day is 10/19/2024 from 6PM-10PM

Unfortunately our 2024 "new" location did not work out, and we had no time to find a new site to have a festival this year.

We believe we have found a new and even better site, and we hope to have an announcement sometime in the late fall.

Keep a weathered eye out!
