"Maggie was an absolute delight to work with, and Crystal saved the day letting us know a big hail storm was coming! 😅 When hail came the team worked to keep our guests dry, they literally dried off every single chair and got out the leaf blowers to clear away the inch of hail on the grass!"

Yesterday was the official kick-off of our season with the first wedding of 2024. It was a heartfelt, fun-filled celebration in honor of the sweetest couple, Michelle + Alan Ray.
After days of on-and-off downpour, unsure we'd be able to have the ceremony outside, the clouds parted ways for the better half of the day, allowing for beautiful sunshine from their pre-ceremony through cocktail hour.
Our team even got to escort them to the terrace outside of our office for a special moment, their First Touch, right before the ceremony.
Shout out to the amazing vendors who stayed ready to produce an amazing event, rain or shine -- and for the Sun, the real MVP! 😄🌞

K+M chose to marry at St. Dominic's Church nearby before joining family and friends at The Lighthouse for a beautiful reception that included champagne, delicious bites, and quite frankly one of the best dance parties we've seen!

"The Lighthouse at Glen Cove Marina was the absolute perfect venue for our Daughter's November Wedding. From start to finish; booking, planning through the day of, Crystal, Maggie and Alma were the dream team! Though the couple chose to have a church wedding, Crystal worked with us and all vendors on the timeline and kept the reception moving along and the guests feeling welcome and happy. Fortunately, with beautiful weather the cocktail hour was held outdoors as planned, Crystal did have a contingency plan just in case, which eased any stress we would have had. Guests were amazed at the beauty of the property and convenient location and a few stated they look forward to hosting an event here! Our daughter and her new husband couldn't be happier with their most perfect day. Thank you, Lighthouse staff!"
