You know what summer means - good times, great food, live music, and a bit of road construction! We're excited to kick off our first event of the season this Thursday night. While a few streets will be closed for construction, the fun and excitement will be in full swing. We would greatly appreciate if you don’t park on Central Avenue after 2 PM so we can keep the street open as long as possible and ensure a smooth set up for our vendors and band. Thank you for your continued support of these events—we can't wait to see you all there! 🌟🎶🍔

Construction Notice – Paving Improvement District 125 – 2nd Ave NE/4th St NE and 3rd St NE/3rd Ave NE Street Reconstruction
Phase 2: 3rd St NE from Central Ave to 3rd Ave NE and 3rd Ave NE from 2nd St NE to 3rd St NE are closed. The intersection of 2nd Ave NE will remain open at all times during the construction of Phase 2. The closure will remain in effect until the corridor is reconstructed, which is anticipated to be late July. No detour route for motorized vehicles will be provided, temporary pedestrian access routes will be provided along the project route for the duration of the project.
Beginning Monday, June 10, 2024, the intersection of 3rd Ave NE and 2nd St NE will be closed for utility work. This closure is anticipated to be in effect until Friday, June 14, 2024.
Updated maps for all road closures will be posted on the City of Valley City’s webpage https://www.valleycity.us/engineers when they are taking affect. If you have any questions regarding the project, please contact KLJ at (701)-845-4980.

Formed under the name Incredibly Real in 2012, 2 Weeks Notice has been bringing a unique fusion of country, rock, and pop music to the Midwest ever since. The band consists of three brothers: Jack, Tim, and Dan Walsh. Jack helms the ship with powerful lead vocals and smooth rhythm guitar. Tim brings slick riffs and impressive solos with his brilliant lead guitar. Adding rich harmonies, Dan also keeps the time with his rocking bass lines. A huge THANK YOU to Valley Realty & Valley Rental for their movie pass donation to our Summer Vikes on Central event! We were able to hand out around 450 passes to students and community members to go enjoy Valley Twin Cinema's NEW reclining chairs!🍿🥤🍫
