Using the pellet cooker for this beautiful 44 Farms 12lb prime brisket. We will take it to our friends for the big game watch party. Tomorrow we will get the queso and sausage ready! We like to use this pellet cooker for our friends and family. All our catering orders we fire up the big smoker! If interested in catering let me know.

Got our new shirts this morning went and got the kids from school. Lj wanted to put his shirt on still a tad too big lol. Great night to fire up the grill we will be having steak and he chose regular pork sausage.

Put some test batch sausage on the grill for lunch. This is the result of our test batch. We did 70-30 pork to beef made a hot link. Lj our 6 year old food critic 🤣 said it’s perfect so I will take it tomorrow to start our test batches of our new Texas smoked hot link!
