I wanted to first thank everyone for your support, encouragement, and kindness. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I will be placing this business on hold for an undetermined length of time. I’ve been unable to establish a commercial kitchen and I’ll not be able to do so for some time. A very scary incident reminded me that my time with my children is the most important thing in life right now so as much as I LOVE all things charcuterie, my time is needed making memories. I hope to re-open one day down the road.
