Over the years, the evening has consistently concluded with the recurring question: what should we do with the flowers? This moment often arises after celebrations, where beautiful arrangements have adorned tables and venues, yet they leave us pondering their fate as the event comes to a close.

While we do offer the option to preserve these lovely blooms, capturing their beauty in a lasting form, we are excited to introduce a new initiative aimed at easing your decision-making process. We now provide a service that takes the flowers off your hands, allowing you to focus on the memories created during your special day.

Our team will carefully load the flowers and deliver them to local hospitals and nursing homes. This initiative not only alleviates the dilemma of what to do with excess flowers but also serves a greater purpose. By donating them, you can spread joy and brighten the days of those who may need a little extra cheer, even after your big event has ended. It’s a wonderful way to share the love and beauty of your celebration with others in the community. 🙌🏼

Fun fact: Students who participate in theater tend to do better in school. For example, one study found that students involved in drama scored 65.5 points higher on the verbal section of the SAT and 35.5 points higher on the math section.

For many theatre is an artistic form of expression. And for BB we believe that art should be shared and experienced. We like to think of our jobs at BB as a form of art. Bringing together the ideas you share with us and other vendors throughout the year(s).

Because of this- BB will donate 10% of all proceeds to a local drama department received until December 31, 2024.

The out reach we’ve had during the last week has been high in numbers. We’ve experienced a high volume in micro weddings and elopements for the remainder of the year and early next year.

We understand the stress this is applying to some of you. And while we are trying to navigate and get back to all of you in a timely manner. Please keep in mind some days are booking while we are receiving emails.

So a few friendly reminders-
1️⃣ Dates are held while pending contracts are out for 72 hours. After that we will reopen the date.

✌🏼Depending on times during the date you are looking for and length of time you are requesting, we may be able to book two of you. Please keep in mind if we book another after you during the same day. We may not be able to be as flexible with adding hours.

This can be done on GATORBOARD which is a more traditional foam board. With 25 color choices!

ACRYLIC which is more a plastic material. These can be clear or frosted.

Collectively many conversations were had before this post took place. We’ve weighed in on the consequences and understand that we may not be everyone’s cup of tea because of it.

We accept that… and if you must go, we hope the journey is prosperous, fulfilling, and graceful.

BB will always put the interest of vendors, staff, guests, and couple at the forefront. We pride ourselves on this. Because of this we’d like to remind couples and guests. Under no circumstances is anyone required or demanded to be misspoken to, sexually harassed, or assaulted.

We personally do not affiliate with those open to discriminating against anyone due to financials, race, religion, sexuality, identity, or any other discriminatory category.

EVERYONE deserves the right to be spoken to kindly, accordingly, and freely without fear of judgment. If this is something you feel yourself or guests are unable to commit to, we understand and no hard feelings!

We love and admire the support we have. The friends that have been made. Connections we’ve had the honor of encountering. The ability to witness the art that has and continues to be created. It’s truly a pleasure.

With that being said- moving forward we do want to remind everyone that any vulgar words used towards staff or acts of misconduct, including but not limited to sexual misconduct by guests or vendors would merit the staff to the leave site immediately. This is for the safety and well-being of all individuals involved.
