After dedicating an immense amount of time and effort to planning your perfect wedding or event, you will need someone to make sure that all of the details are executed to the same perfection; not left to chance. To accommodate these needs and eliminate added stress, we offer the invaluable service of Full Event Planning or Day of coordination. This includes formulating a timeline of your special
day and getting in touch with all of the chosen and necessary vendors to make sure that everyone is on the same page (duties, time, etc.). The rehearsal will be supervised and cues will be provided so that everyone knows what to do and when to do it, and of course on the day of, events will be coordinated and directed to make sure that everything goes as planned or any problems are resolved. All the vendors and bridal party for the ceremony are cued, it is ensured that the needs and seating arrangements for all guests are taken care of, and during the reception, coordination with every vendor is completed to make sure they are all paid seating arrangements are correct and that the night flows as you had hoped.
