Ordering schedule:

Monday noon for Wednesday delivery
Thursday noon for Saturday delivery

We offer low/no carb options in the variety pack. All items have macros included for those tracking them

Our commissary is in McKinney. We will add more delivery days and pick up locations as we scale up

Free delivery with $20 minimum order. We do our best to accomodate delivery times to insure you are home at time of delivery for food safety reasons.

Hey y’all. Sorry we’ve been gone for a bit. We had to return our trailer due to all the mechanical difficulties, and then we had a death in the family out of state

We are finally back, and we are now officially in the Meal Prep business.

We just launched our ordering site:

We will be delivering Wed and Saturday for now and will serve Anna, Van Alstyne, Melissa, and Howe. More coming soon!

We also have saved the funds from our hunger buster fund for an outreach event which we will coordinate in the near future.

Sometimes life deals you lemons. Luckily we like lemonade. Our gas regulator for the trailer is toast, but luckily we found a countertop fryer, so garlic fries are back at The Railyard Taproom tomorrow afternoon 4-8ish.

We’ve got enough pressure for burgers, so don’t worry. We’ve got you covered!

Thanks to Amazon commercial we’ll be back to full speed Saturday.

Morning folks! We finally have the e-commerce site up for our meal prep!

We will accept orders up until noon Thursdays for Saturday pickup. Pickup will be in downtown Van Alstyne…once we have a permanent setup we will update you.

All items will have a 7 day shelf life. Macros are included for each item in the shop.

We will add more options as interest grows, including breakfast options.

Macros for our first item are done. The rest will be much lower in sodium, but this recipe is too good to change.

We have noticed lots of kiddos last couple nights, so we added a kids menu for kids under 12.

We’ll be at The Railyard Taproom from 4pm until sold out or 9pm, whichever comes first tonight.

Bacon dogs, garlic fries, and burgers. We pickle our own pickles, jalapenos, and onions and hand press every burger on the griddle.

Our meal prep options will be posted as soon as we get the site up this week, but a couple are pictured below.

And don’t forget about our Hunger Buster burger. If you or your kids are going hungry, order it and pay what you can. Even nothing at all. No questions asked. Supplies limited.

We have been very blessed this past year. As we sat in church today, we realized that though we love what we do, we needed a purpose that was not self serving.

So as we go in to 2025, we are going to be offering a Hunger Buster Burger. It will be a basic hamburger with special sauce, but the price will be what you are able to pay. 5 cents. A quarter. Nothing. Whatever you can pay is what we will charge. In person orders only and while supplies last.

We will also have a jar for those that want to help others. The funds in that jar will be kept separate for the purpose of keeping this going as long as we can. If there is a surplus, we will hold an outreach day.

We believe in our community, and we believe that no one should ever be hungry.

Please share this (privately) with someone who may need this. We will do it as long as we can and pray that it won’t be abused.

This week we will be at The Railyard Taproom Tuesday 2pm until sold out and Saturday 2pm until sold out.
