I am so glad I decided to plant some rose bushes in the spring. They are blooming right now and I am absolutely in love!!!!! This winter we will be planting 50 more bushes so by the end of 2025 I will be able to offer full rose bouquets.

I will be doing a limited number of handheld bouquets, corsages, and boutonnières for the dances over the next few weekends for all the neighboring cities. If you are interested in placing an order you can visit the page below and fill out a request. (Just a little info about handheld bouquet vs corsage.) The handheld is a great option for the girls who are maybe choosing to go to the dance with a group of friends rather then a date. It is a great gift idea to give your daughter so they have a little something to hold for pictures, this is also a great option instead of a traditional corsage if going with a date as they don’t have to wear it all night and get to enjoy it after the dance is over. I’m happy to answer any questions if you need any help.

SALE GOES LIVE TOMORROW 9/1

We will open up out Peony Root Sale on September 1st. These extra large roots are from our wholesaler in the Netherlands and are the same varieties that we grow here on our flower farm in North Texas. All the cultivars do well in our zone and we usually get blooms from these huge roots the first year. These are NOT the crummy little roots you find in the box stores - these are freshly dug from our wholesaler in the Netherlands and quickly shipped overseas to our farm here in Gunter.
All of the peony varieties along with pictures and descriptions are now on our website to previews and September 1st the sale will go live. Peony roots will be available for pick up when we are at McKinney Farmers Market at Chestnut Square or here at the farm in Gunter, TX in mid to late November
