We had a great time of fellowship at our annual fall picnic! We took a moment to reflect on and appreciate our team's hard work and perseverance. A special thank you to Simply Seafood and Catering for the delicious food and to the Occupational Health Center of Pascagoula for administering flu shots to help prepare our employees for a busy fourth quarter.

I’ve been so pumped about the news that we came in 2nd place for best caterer! I remember the days of just trying to get nominated. Thank you everyone that took the time to vote and support a local business. I want to thank my amazing staff that makes this even possible. We’re going for gold next year!

The other night we finished up our last holiday party and I will post some of the pics of what we’ve been up to later. But the people at Hatcher Farms Venue deserve a stand alone post. We did their Christmas Party last Saturday and had just the best menu we could possibly have in Carved Prime Rib,
and Beef Tenderloin, Grilled Crab Cakes, Blue Cheese Asparagus, Loaded Potatoes, Crawfish Spinach and Artichoke Dip, and that’s only half of everything. The Hatchers not only let us cater their Christmas party for the 2nd year in a row but they also let me and my team participate in the Dirty Santa portion of the party and these gifts aren’t at your typical boring office Christmas party. The generosity was overwhelming, and from me and my team I couldn’t thank them enough. I met the Hatchers back in 2020 doing a wedding at their venue and from the first time they have always treated my team and myself with the upmost respect. I’ve met the whole family and it’s the same, they treat everyone the right way. It truly is a pleasure to work with them each and every time. If you are looking for a venue for a wedding or special event there is no better option than Hatcher Farms Venue. Merry Christmas!
