Something a little different!
Last Friday the crew at closed out their January Wellness month with some special treats. Each location received a Crudités platter, a custom “sweets” platter, & Greek Yogurt Parfait cups. My amazing and beautiful client, Josie, had the perfect menu tag containing health benefits to each ingredient. Love a company promoting wellness within the office! 👏🏻💚


This was right in my wheel house. *fun random fact about me: I’m a certified Nutrition Coach. In 2020 (when I started this business) I also got my certification in Nutrition coaching around the same time. I started seeing a few clients, but then this little ol’ B+B business started taking off and I couldn’t take on both. SO Nutrition coaching had to hit the bench. For now😬 I’m very passionate about food, fitness, and alcohol free living

I’m back and refreshed! 10/10 recommend taking a month long sabbatical to start the new year. Even though the year started off with me being sick and it lasted far too long, taking the extra time to recoup after the holidays and a death in the family is exactly what I needed.
