Who Am I?
I’m a Senior Manager here at Microsoft. Born and raised in Queens, NYC I made the move out west to Seattle in 2015. In a previous work life, I’ve toured all over world managing bands, traveling with major music festivals, and working in action sports. When I’m not working, I enjoy hanging out with my dog Bailey, cooking my famous (just to my family and friends) Chicken Parm, playing highly competitive Basketball, and working out.

What is My Superpower?
My super power is problem solving and finding ways to meet people where they are. I’ve always looked at obstacles as a challenge that I look to overcome. At the same time, I’m making sure that I’m hearing different perspectives around me to make sure my team feels included in a plan to over come obstacles.

What Is Your Go To Coffee Order ?
Since I don’t drink coffee, my go to “coffee” order in the morning would be hot mint tea and a slice of banana bread. But, given the chance, I'll always go for a bacon egg and cheese with salt, pepper, & Ketchup on a sesame bagel.

What Do You Value Most About Working with Dynamic Events?
I appreciate the team's amazing collaboration over the years and their wealth of knowledge and experience, which have significantly contributed to the success of Microsoft’s biggest Diversity & Inclusion events. This work is hard and tricky. The Dynamic Events team has made sure to engage in a way that is empathic to the humans involved in the work of Diversity & Inclusion, but also in a way that ensures the success of our events.
