And just like that, registration for "Art Goes Grimm" is open! Vandergrift Artfest 2025, Sunday, July 27th. Please note that in most cases these are first step applications and once your application is approved you will receive a link to provide payment and any additional information needed. We had hoped to make this a great day by launching applications for the 2025 Vandergrift Artfest, but we're having issues connecting our PayPal link to the registration site. To be cautious, we're going to say we will launch on Wednesday the 22nd. We hope you are as excited as we are about this year's festival, to be held on Sunday, July 27th with the theme of "Art Goes Grimm", celebrating artful aspects of the original Grimm Brothers Fairy Tales. We look forward to receiving your applications to participate, and can't wait to share this day with you!

Time is running out to order a holiday banner to display in downtown Vandergrift. We are going to use the same banner design this year, and those who sponsored a banner last year may have their banner hung again for a $25 donation. All donations for banner hanging will go the Vandergrift Fire Department who has graciously agreed to hang the banners. New banners can be sponsored for $125 with $100 paying for the banner and $25 going to the fire department. All orders must be in by October 20th to ensure that we receive them in time to get them hung for the start of the holiday season on Friday, November 29th. Click the link to place your order! We are thrilled to have been nominated for both "Best Local Festival/Fair" and "Best Local Event" in the Trib Best of the Best annual voting. Both are in the Entertainment and Leisure category. We'd love to much to have your vote! Lots of other Vandergrift businesses are nominated, too, so spend some time visiting each of the categories and vote for all of these businesses and organizations that you know and love. Voting ends October 6th!

The Ianni family has been a generous supporter of Artfest and we are so grateful for that. Last night their Delmont location suffered a significant fire which will have impact on all of their locations due to lost revenue.
