Roasted salmon with fresh dill (from our garden) and lemon (from our tree) in support of World Central Kitchen and Ventura County Area Agency on Aging. Our team is hard at work helping those most vulnerable during this shut down.

We are so happy to be partnering with World Central Kitchen (WCK) and Ventura County Area Agency on Aging (VCAAA) to provide fresh, nutritious meals delivered daily to home-bound seniors. It's a win-win: although we are providing meals at-cost, the payment we receive from WCK enables us to employ a handful of our terrific team as well as pay the rent and utilities. And the seniors get a fresh meal daily. Lots of VCAAA volunteers are working hard to make deliveries after the meals leave our professional kitchen in Ventura.

We woke up to this message: "I want to let you know that my party last night was probably the best party I've given in the past 5 years. It was fantastic and your people, Eugene, Rosalia, and Jeri, they were wonderful. The food was outstanding! The way they arrived, the way they cleaned up, I was going to ask them to move in with me. It was outstanding! Thank you so much."
