I am seeking assistance in my home and outdoor kitchens with prep and catering help on mulitple dates throughout the summer and fall. Mainly working Thursday, Friday and some Saturdays. Duties will include but are not limited to chopping, prepping, following recipes, assisting with displaying food platters, gathering and readying all catering platters and service ware, dishes, organizing, etc. This is a perfect opportunity for someone NOT looking for full time employment that may for instance work in the school system and have the summer free or the like. A fun afternoon was had by all. Olivia and George gave nephew Oliver Sullivan a cooking class for Christmas and it came to fruition yesterday afternoon. We prepared Crawfish Etoufee over Rice with fresh Parsley from the garden and buttered French bread. The adults sipped Rose and Oliver had his own "wine" glass of sparkling grape juice.
We all loved the experience and it is said that he's been talking about it all day. Cheers to you Oliver and we look forward to seeing you grow your culinary talents.
