A fun afternoon was had by all. Olivia and George gave nephew Oliver Sullivan a cooking class for Christmas and it came to fruition yesterday afternoon. We prepared Crawfish Etoufee over Rice with fresh Parsley from the garden and buttered French bread. The adults sipped Rose and Oliver had his own "wine" glass of sparkling grape juice.
We all loved the experience and it is said that he's been talking about it all day. Cheers to you Oliver and we look forward to seeing you grow your culinary talents.
