Got them both running Tonight. The brisket is coming along amazing. Temps are holding like a rock. (Wind was killing me early on). Got a great wedding to cater later today. All nighters are fun nighters. Love this game. Hope I don’t disappoint!

Wow, I am way behind. We had the pleasure of starting our new year off with feeding Roosevelt VOLUNTEER fire department a prime rib dinner, thank you guys for doing what you do. Then we were asked to cater a fantastic and fun valentines dinner for the Bridgland ward in Bridgeland Utah. Now to top off our start to 2024 we got to cater our men and women in blue. Vernal city PD had us cater their awards banquet. Thank you all for trusting us, as you serve our communities.

What a great couple of days, Saturday we got to do a lunch for Dynasty Energy as they wanted to thank their customers. Also got invited to do a lunch for American Gilsonite as they thanked their employees. Great times. Did get to add home made root beer for American Gilsonite. Turned out great. As Angie puts it “for just winging it” Angie Ivie Coonis was a rock star. Thank you for the help and support.
