Here is the setup info and other rules etc for the UBCA Christmas Market Craft & Food Fair tomorrow.

Event Time: December 14th, 2024 - 11am to 6pm
Event Address: Uintah Basin Christian Academy - 1921 W 1750 S, Vernal, UT 84078

* FACILITIES – The Uintah basin Christian Academy is a private school with a wonderful facility and they work extremely hard to keep it that way. Let us help them by being respectful and treat it the same.

* LOCATION – Uintah Basin Christian Academy is located at 1921 W 1750 S, Vernal, UT 84078

* ELECTRICAL - There is NO power provided, please plan accordingly.

* TABLES/CHAIRS – You MUST bring your own. The facility will NOT provide any for you.

**·ELIGIBILITY – This is a FAMILY event held at a school geared for the WHOLE family. Please keep that in mind when displaying products. We reserve the right to eliminate objectionable items. **

Booth Size/Cost Information:

*DISPLAYS – Each Vendor/Artisan is responsible for their own displays. They must ALWAYS be staffed. We understand that at times you may need to leave your booth for a restroom or food break, we ask that you ask your neighbors to watch over for you if you do not have anyone with you to help. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THEFT!!

* PLEASE DO NOT put anything on the walls!! No tape, no nails/pushpins, etc. If your space requires a backdrop, be sure you have the necessary tools to make it work for you. You will be responsible for any damage caused to your area.

**PLEASE BE MINDFUL this event is a family event for the whole family, and therefore products must be geared towards that, NO profanity, NO superstitious or questionable products....PLEASE KEEP IT CLEAN & FUN!**

** CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS**

*BOOTH SET UP TIMES -
-Saturday Dec. 14th from 9am-11am only, no exceptions!!
-Please check in at the registration/information booth at the event, we will go ahead and give you your booth number.

*BOOTH TEAR DOWN TIME:
-As soon as the event ends at 6pm.

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE EARLY. If you leave during the event, you will be ineligible for entry next year. *If an emergency happens and you have no choice, talk to the coordinator.

**Food trucks will be outside in the parking lot, there is no power provided.

UBCA Christmas Market Craft & Food Fair had sold out on vendor spots but we have 3 spots open up last minute!! Please send us a msg if youd like one of them and let us know what you sell as we try to limit similar vendors. If you know a vendor that may want in, please tag them! The event is this Saturday!

2. Have them color it.
3. Bring it to the info booth at the event and trade it for a free gift while supplies last!

Ok ....I dont know about you...but I might've done a little dancey dance when I heard OH FUDGE will be joining in the fun!🌲
UBCA Christmas Market Craft & Food Fair is seriously full of so many awesome vendors and some delicious treats as well!
Better come prepared to eat them all while you shop around! Doesn't get any better than eating and exercising all at the same time 😉🤣
