Ondine has relocated to a lovely little village in north eastern Illinois. As they say, “When in Rome, do as the Romans do.” We’ve been welcomed here with open hearts, handshakes and hugs. In return we celebrate the culture with respect. The classic Chicago Dog, and it does not disappoint.

Life has been tough in this covid world. Ondine is a family business and the family has taken precedence. That doesnt mean we've gone away. We've been adjusting, just like you. So if there's something on an old menu, or a new pic that makes you hungry, then reach out. Whatever you want, whatever you need, we will make.

Happy Mother's Day to all of you lovely ladies!

For my wife and my mother, I went with a seared/pan roasted filet mignon, tomatoes on the vine (roasted in the same pan), and topped off with a cold/spicy lobster tail salad.
