Good morning! We have been quiet for the last several weeks…trying to enjoy summer with the family. We recently had a catering event at Fort Nonsense Brewery in Randolph, NJ for a 40th birthday party…it was a lot of fun and I would highly recommend their barrel room for your next event!

If anyone has been interested in trying my food but was looking for something closer to home…I’ll be at Madonna Hall in Stockholm on Saturday (just north of Skylands Ice Rink and Tony’s Pizza). This Sunday I will be at Brook Hollow Winery on Rt. 94 in Columbia, NJ. I’ll be serving three new items….

*medjool dates stuffed with goat cheese and wrapped in bacon

*two different toasted baguette sandwiches served hot
1. Rasberry preserves, Serrano ham, Brie, and arugula
2. Pesto, sun dried tomatoes, Serrano ham, with shredded Manchego

I love this new pincho creation and one of the reasons the saying in my logo says “with an eclectic twist”….here’s my Italian creation…not reinventing the wheel, just turning it into a pincho ~ pesto, tomato, fresh mozzarella, balsamic glaze, topped with fresh basil. How could you go wrong with those ingredients?
