With a heavy heart, I must share the difficult news of Olive To Charcuterie’s closure. Over two years of crafting artful edible designs, serving our community, and sharing moments of joy, now come to an end. It’s a decision not made lightly, spurred by an unforeseen challenge. One individual’s action, devoid of any dialogue or prior communication, has precipitated this decision. This unforeseen challenge, the first of its kind in my tenure as a business owner, arrives at a time when I lack the capacity to transition this endeavor into a full-time commitment. Despite our best efforts, I lack the means to navigate this hurdle while balancing my family responsibilities.

When I started Olive To Charcuterie, it was a labor of love, born from a desire to provide for my family against the rising costs of childcare. Culinary school and working as a chef at Disney honed my skills, but it’s been the journey with you all that has truly enriched my life.

To my cherished clients, your support has meant everything. Thank you for entrusting us with your special moments, whether it was a date night, wedding, birthday, or holiday celebration.

To the fellow local businesses who’ve been companions on this journey, you’re nothing short of remarkable. Keep shining bright; your success is inevitable.

And to my family, who’ve stood by me through every twist and turn, your love and understanding have been my rock. I’m endlessly grateful.

They say every ending is a new beginning. While this chapter may close, I hold onto hope that brighter horizons await.
